After a year and a half of zero lot sales, Nate Bialik was asked to take over as Listing Agent for the development. Although this was 2009 during the real estate downturn pricing reassessments and improved marketing boosted movement. The lots began to sell. Marketing efforts included a new website with downloadable information on the lots, new signs and knocking on doors of other builders to increase interest. We also incorporated the newest marketing technology. Since 2009, Nate has advised the developer and other buyers through the process of 56 purchases in the Byron Lake Estates Development. Bryon Center has become the #1 community for new home starts in Kent County the last 2 years running. Reasons include: Blue Ribbon School System and convenient location to M6 and US131.
