An ancient river bottom once flowed through the area, leaving behind rich fertile soil that has given rise to wonderful vegetable crops. With this blessing of muck fields to farm, Hudsonville is known as “Michigan’s Salad Bowl.” Located 14 Miles west of Grand Rapids and approximately 15 Miles from Holland MI and Lake Michigan.
